Job Purpose

Solution Architecture and Design

• Analyze customer business and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end automation and digital architectures integrating OT and IT systems.
• Develop solution blueprints, system architectures, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Define cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and on-premises deployment architectures.

Application Engineering

• Configure, customize, and deploy software applications.
• Develop use cases, workflows, dashboards, reports, and business processes.
• Perform software testing, validation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Enterprise Software Integration

• Integrate SCADA, DMS/ADMS, EMS, APM, EAM, GIS, IoT, ERP, CMMS, cloud, and analytics platforms.

Customer Engagement

• Conduct customer workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-concept activities, and technical presentations.
• Support proposal preparation and bid responses.

Digital Transformation and Analytics

• Design predictive maintenance, artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, and digital twin solutions.

Project Delivery

• Support FAT, SAT, deployment, training, and customer acceptance activities.

General Accountability

• Take responsibility for required deliverables, anticipate problems, and make timely decisions.
• Plan and monitor business activities, budgets, expenses, reports, process improvements, quality, adaptation, and workplace safety.
• Develop organizational structures and promote effective use of automated systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of work experience.
• Technical competencies include production testing, power system modeling, power system planning, data center production environment planning, and systems engineering knowledge.
