Essential Duties
- Code, test, and implement software solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
- Develop high-performance, loosely coupled services using modern frameworks and patterns.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure quality and deployability.
- Refactor code and uphold high standards for maintainability and readability.
- Stay current on trends in application architecture, cloud, and modern development practices.
- Define and maintain technical standards and procedures for consistent implementation.
- Collaborate with front-end/back-end developers and stakeholders to improve user experience.
- Review support requests and identify opportunities to prevent recurring issues.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement; perform other duties as assigned.
Compentencies
Strong object-oriented design and application architecture knowledge.
Hands-on experience with modern web and backend technologies (Spring, Micronaut preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
Qualifications
- Education Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
