Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Oversee and manage the company’s accounting records, including general ledger and journal entries
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis
- Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Prepare financial reports for management, external auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
- Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to optimize working capital
- Lead, mentor, and support junior accountants
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in financial accounting or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications
