About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply high-quality spray finishes to metal, aluminum, steel, wood, and other materials.

Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming
- Mix paints, coatings, and finishing materials according to specifications
- Apply paint, powder coating, primers, and protective finishes using spray equipment
- Perform painting works on aluminum, steel, metal structures, architectural products, and fabricated components
- Inspect finished surfaces to ensure smooth, uniform, and defect free coating
- Carry out touch ups, repairs, and repainting as required
- Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, paint booths, and related equipment
- Monitor paint consumption and ensure efficient use of materials
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned tasks within deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and UAE safety standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and quality issues to supervisors
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Spray Painter in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing, color matching, and coating applications
- Experience with airless spray systems, conventional spray guns, and powder coating processes
- Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve high quality finishes
- Knowledge of different paint types, primers, sealers, and protective coatings
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to paint handling and spray equipment
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Spray Painter
- Experience in aluminum, metal fabrication, steel structures, furniture, or industrial painting preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Spray Painter to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying high quality spray finishes to metal, aluminum, steel, wood, and other materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming.
- Mix paints, coatings, and finishing materials according to specifications.

- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay: AED1,500.00 AED1,600.00 per month
