Store Keeper

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or any ERP system.
  • Issue materials to production teams, project sites, and departments against approved requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
  • Organize warehouse storage for maximum efficiency, accessibility, and safety.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), delivery documentation, and inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Monitor slow moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company HSE policies.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.
  • Experience in the interior fit out, construction, aluminum, façade, glazing, manufacturing, or building materials industry is preferred.
  • Hands on experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred; experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other ERP systems will also be considered.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced project environment while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • SAP MM (Materials Management) or equivalent ERP module experience.
  • Knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory best practices.
  • Understanding of construction and fit out materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 1,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
