Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, equipment, and finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or any ERP system
- Issue materials to production teams, project sites, and departments against approved requests
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent shortages
- Organize warehouse storage for maximum efficiency, accessibility, and safety
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory audits
- Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records and investigate discrepancies
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), delivery documentation, and inventory reports
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss
- Monitor slow moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and provide recommendations
- Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure compliance with company HSE policies
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller
- Experience in interior fit out, construction, aluminum, façade, glazing, manufacturing, or building materials industry preferred
- Hands on experience with SAP ERP highly preferred
- Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.
- Experience in the interior fit out, construction, aluminum, façade, glazing, manufacturing, or building materials industry is preferred.
- Hands on experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred; experience with Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other ERP systems will also be considered.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast paced project environment while maintaining inventory accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- SAP MM (Materials Management) or equivalent ERP module experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse documentation and inventory best practices.
- Understanding of construction and fit out materials.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
