- Issue materials following company procedures
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement
- Supervise camp attendants, cleaners, cooks, drivers, and other support staff
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- 3 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Administrator, or similar role within a construction or contracting company
- GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing workforce accommodation and camp facilities
- Knowledge of inventory and store management procedures
- Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage)
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting
- Ability to work with multicultural teams
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC labor accommodation and HSE standards

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Camp Boss to oversee the day to day management of company accommodation facilities, workforce welfare, camp administration, and store operations.
- The successful candidate will ensure a safe, hygienic, and well managed living environment while maintaining efficient inventory control and supporting smooth workforce operations.
- This position is ideal for an experienced Camp Boss who enjoys leading multicultural teams and maintaining high operational standards.
Camp Operations
- Manage the daily operations of company accommodation and worker camps.
- Allocate rooms and maintain accurate occupancy records.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, security, and overall camp maintenance.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance with internal departments and external service providers.
- Handle employee accommodation requests and resolve camp related concerns promptly.
- Enforce company policies, accommodation rules, and HSE standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Store & Inventory Management
- Manage camp and site consumables, tools, and general inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
- Issue materials following company procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with Procurement.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and housekeeping of camp materials.
Staff Supervision
- Supervise camp attendants, cleaners, cooks, drivers, and other support staff.
- Prepare duty schedules and monitor attendance.
- Coordinate manpower movement with HR and Operations.
- Promote a respectful, safe, and disciplined camp environment.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain positive staff relations.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly camp reports.
- Maintain records for occupancy, maintenance requests, inventory, and utility consumption.
- Monitor water, electricity, and other utility usage to support cost control.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Administrator, or similar role within a construction or contracting company.
- GCC/UAE experience is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
