Role Overview

Surface Preparation

• Prepare aluminium, steel, metal, and fabricated components for painting.
• Clean, sand, grind, mask, degrease, and prime surfaces as required.
• Inspect surfaces and identify imperfections before painting.

Spray Painting and Finishing

• Mix paints, primers, coatings, and finishing materials according to specifications.
• Apply paint and protective coatings using spray guns and related equipment.
• Paint aluminium profiles, steel structures, architectural metal works, fabricated components, doors, and frames.
• Perform touch-ups, repairs, and rework when required.
• Follow approved colour codes, finishing specifications, and production requirements.

Equipment and Quality Control

• Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, paint booths, and related equipment.
• Clean spray equipment and tools after use and report malfunctions.
• Inspect completed work for smoothness, colour consistency, coverage, defects, and overall finish quality.
• Correct runs, sags, uneven coating, overspray, scratches, and other surface imperfections.

Production and Safety

• Complete painting work according to production schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor paint and material consumption and minimise unnecessary wastage.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures and use appropriate PPE.

Requirements

• At least 2–5 years of experience as a Spray Painter.
• Hands-on experience with spray-painting equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of paint mixing, colour matching, and coating applications.
• Understanding of paints, primers, sealers, and protective coatings.
• Ability to prepare surfaces and achieve high-quality finishes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in aluminium, façade finishing, architectural metal works, steel fabrication, metal finishing, industrial painting, furniture, or architectural product finishing is preferred.
• Knowledge of airless spray systems and UAE or GCC experience are advantages.

Compensation

• The stated pay is AED 1,500 to AED 1,600 per month.

• The work location is in person.
