About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Spray Painter with 8-9 years of proven experience using airless spray guns, HVLP equipment, and various manual paint tools. The role requires deep understanding of equipment, surface preparation, coating chemistry, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate HVLP, air assisted, and airless sprayers with correct pressure and nozzle sizes
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming various substrates
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Apply paint, enamel, and water based coatings using spray equipment
- Follow safety protocols including use of PPE and reading SDS
- Maintain spray equipment and work area
Requirements
- 8 9 years proven experience using airless spray guns, HVLP equipment, and various manual paint tools
- Deep understanding of setup, pressure settings, and nozzle sizes for HVLP, air assisted, and airless sprayers
- Knowledge of surface preparation and materials for wood, metal, and plastic
- Understanding mixing ratios, viscosity, and curing cycles of 2 pack paints, enamels, and water based coatings
- Ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and use PPE
- Endurance and stamina to stand, bend, and hold spray gun steady for long periods
- Fine motor skills and steady hands to prevent runs, sags, or uneven overlapping
- Hand eye coordination for consistent gun movement
