Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor work progress against the approved project schedule
- Act as the primary communication link between the site team, project management, clients, and subcontractors
- Follow up on manpower allocation, equipment mobilization, and material availability
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate site inspections, meetings, and client visits
- Track and follow up on material deliveries, approvals, permits, and site access requirements
- Maintain project documentation, records, correspondence, and site reports
- Assist in resolving site issues and escalate critical matters to project management
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company procedures, and client requirements
- Support planning and procurement teams by providing accurate site progress information
- Monitor site attendance and workforce productivity
- Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or construction projects
- Strong understanding of site operations and project coordination activities
- Experience in dealing with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools is an advantage
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
