We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
As a Speech Therapist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
You will collaborate with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and develop individualized treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Your expertise will not only enhance patients' quality of life by improving their communication abilities but also empower them to fully engage in daily activities and interactions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to provide effective and efficient therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about speech and communication disorder management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
- Provide counseling and support to patients and families managing long-term conditions.
- Stay informed about new clinical practices and advancements in speech therapy treatments.
- Teach techniques to improve communication, such as sign language or lip reading.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid state licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with a diverse range of speech and communication disorders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Familiarity with current speech therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex patient cases.
