- Develop and manage detailed product specifications to meet customer and project requirements within the paint and coatings sector.
- Lead market development efforts by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders to expand Kaizen Paints presence in the region.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure specifications comply with industry standards and project deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and project pipelines.
- Manage and mentor a team of one staff member, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the project sales pipeline by tracking progress, forecasting demand, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Maintain commercial awareness by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Utilize fluency in Arabic and English to communicate effectively with diverse regional stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the Saudi Arabian paint and coatings market.

Requirements
