About the Role

- Prepare schedules for all employees according to forecast and staffing guide
- Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs
- Evaluate performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions
- Ensure timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings
- Handle welcome and seating of arriving guests with assistance of Hostess
- Maintain professional and friendly relationship with outlet patrons
- Establish and update outlet’s database of regular guests
- Tour outlet and related areas frequently to ensure highest cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Be actively involved in outlet’s promotional activities
Requirements
- College/university degree graduate
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role
- Computer literate with effective communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Solid food & beverage background and passion for quality

Job Description
- We are seeking ambitious, dynamic, self motivated Food & Beverage professionals to organize and direct a team that develops top quality food & beverage products with prompt, accurate and personalized service.
- As a Specialty Outlet Manager, you are responsible for short and long term planning and management of the respective outlet operations to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare schedules for all employees according to forecast and within limits of staffing guide.
- Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
- Evaluate performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions.
- Responsible for timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings.
- Handle welcome and seating of arriving guests with assistance of Hostess.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
