Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment

Job Description
- We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
- The Commercial Director will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities at Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas, driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships and ensuring the overall profitability of the business.
