Overview
- Develop, update, and maintain website pages, templates, and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Implement frontend/backend enhancements, bug fixes, and feature requests based on approved specifications.
- Coordinate with content owners to gather, format, and publish approved content; build landing and campaign pages as assigned.
- Support SEO implementation (meta tags, structured data, sitemaps) and assist with analytics tagging and basic reporting.
- Conduct regular quality checks on content, links, and cross-browser functionality.
- Ensure accessibility compliance by following global standards and optimizing the site for inclusive user experiences across devices and assistive technologies.
- Support content governance by enforcing brand guidelines, tone consistency, and formatting standards across all web pages and campaigns in coordination with Marketing team.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to leadership; maintain documentation of site architecture and processes.
- Support deployment workflows, version control (Git), and testing environments as needed and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Assist on productivity enhancement via AI tools (incl. Agentic AI) & other custom portal deployments and workflow management across platforms.
- Support CRM operations across teams (Zoho & HubSpot) by executing configuration tasks, data updates, and integrations as required.
