About the Role
e7 Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment in Abu Dhabi. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, with a focus on Emiratization.

Responsibilities
- Execute end to end sourcing strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, executive search partners, and direct headhunting
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard to fill roles
- Support Emiratization efforts by proactively identifying and engaging qualified UAE National candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to onboarding handover
- Conduct HR screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on technical fit, cultural alignment, and salary expectations
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates
- Prepare and extend offer letters, manage negotiations within approved bands
- Maintain and update the TA tracker daily
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements
- Coordinate pre employment activities including background checks, visa applications, medical, and onboarding logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or end to end recruitment, preferably within a group or multi entity structure in the UAE or GCC
- Fluency in English & Arabic

Job Purpose
- Responsible for supporting the end to end recruitment lifecycle across e7 Group.
- Ensures the right talent is attracted, assessed, and onboarded in alignment with the Group's strategic workforce plan and Emiratization commitments.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute end to end sourcing strategies across multiple channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, executive search partners, and direct headhunting.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard to fill roles.
- Support Emiratization efforts by proactively identifying and engaging qualified UAE National candidates.
- Maintain an up to date candidate database and ensure accurate tagging, status updates, and documentation within the ATS.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job intake to onboarding handover.
- Conduct HR screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on technical fit, cultural alignment, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Prepare and extend offer letters, manage negotiations within approved bands.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or end to end recruitment, preferably within a group or multi entity structure in the UAE or GCC.
- LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, CIPD, SHRM CP, or equivalent HR/recruitment certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
