Responsibilities
- Support implementation of performance management processes including goal setting, mid year reviews, and annual appraisals
- Coordinate cycle timelines across business units and corporate functions
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and development needs
- Administer and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in coordination with HR Business Partners
- Prepare performance insights and reports for HR leadership and ExCom review
- Maintain and update performance management templates, trackers, and dashboards
- Support configuration and enhancement of performance management module in HRIS
- Act as first point of contact for performance management queries from employees and managers
- Conduct briefing and awareness sessions on performance framework
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports on performance outcomes and PIP status
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
- 3 4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles with direct exposure to performance cycles
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- CIPD, SHRM CP, or equivalent HR certification is an advantage

Job Purpose
- The Specialist – Performance Management supports the execution of e7 Group's performance management framework, ensuring that organizational, departmental, and individual objectives are clearly cascaded, monitored, and reviewed in alignment with the Group's strategic direction.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the implementation of e7 Group's performance management processes, including goal setting, mid year reviews, and annual performance appraisals.
- Coordinate cycle timelines across all business units and corporate functions, ensuring adherence to Group HR calendars and governance standards.
- Assist in analyzing performance data to identify trends, performance distribution, and development needs across the Group.
- Support the administration and tracking of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in coordination with HR Business Partners.
- Prepare performance insights and reports for HR leadership and ExCom review.
- Maintain and update performance management templates, trackers, and dashboards in line with e7 Group standards and audit requirements.
- Support the configuration, testing, and continuous enhancement of the performance management module within the Group's HRIS.
- Contribute to the review and refinement of performance management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees and line managers regarding performance management queries.
- Conduct briefing and awareness sessions for employees and managers to strengthen understanding of the performance framework.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development colleagues to translate performance outcomes into targeted talent and development interventions.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports on performance outcomes, calibration results, PIP status, and goal completion rates.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Performance Management, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles with direct exposure to performance cycles, preferably within a group or multi entity structure.
- CIPD, SHRM CP, or equivalent HR certification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is required.
