- Prepare periodic and comprehensive reports on passenger transport activities by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data
- Support the preparation of high quality reports for informed decision making by senior management
- Participate in the development and review of policies, studies, and strategic initiatives related to passenger transport
- Conduct research, benchmarking studies, and analysis of international best practices
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data to ensure reporting accuracy and quality
- Monitor industry trends, identify operational gaps, and recommend process improvements
- Support the development and monitoring of departmental performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to excellence initiatives, quality management, auditing activities, and organizational performance programs
- Prepare, review, and translate technical documents, methodologies, manuals, and policies
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and support policy initiatives
- Assist in monitoring departmental projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with approved plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Transportation, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in policy development, strategic planning, research, business analysis, government, transport, or related fields
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Experience conducting research, benchmarking, and preparing policy or strategic reports
- Knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPIs, and quality or excellence programs
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English and Arabic

- We are currently supporting a prestigious government related organization in Dubai in the recruitment of a Specialist – Policies & Studies (Passenger Transport) to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic and comprehensive reports on passenger transport activities by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational data.
- Support the preparation of high quality reports that enable informed decision making by senior management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Transportation, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in policy development, strategic planning, research, business analysis, government, transport, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Experience conducting research, benchmarking, and preparing policy or strategic reports.
- Knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPIs, and quality or excellence programs is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
