About the Role
Worley is seeking a Specialist HSE Technical Engineer for offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate Loss Prevention engineering, ensure HSSEQ goals, and review contractor deliverables.

Responsibilities
- Ensure HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement
- Coordinate and supervise the Loss Prevention engineering aspects of the Assiut Hydrocracking Complex Project
- Supervise, oversee and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of Loss Prevention related Engineering deliverables developed by the Contractor and technology Licensors
- Provide technical expertise on all subject matter pertaining to Loss Prevention Engineering during all phases of Project
- Review and approve Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards
- Participate in Layout, P&ID, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Strong experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases
- Experience in Onshore and Offshore ADNOC projects is preferred
- Strong Experience in handling offshore PMC projects
- Wide working knowledge of PMC flow of work, considerable engineering knowledge in large O&G Projects
- Considerable knowledge of international codes and standards

- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise the Loss Prevention engineering aspects of the Assiut Hydrocracking Complex Project.
- Supervise, oversee and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of Loss Prevention related Engineering deliverables.
- Provide technical expertise on all subject matter pertaining to Loss Prevention Engineering during all phases of Project.
- Review and approve Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Master’s Degree is an advantage.
Experience Required
- Strong experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering phases.
- Experience in Onshore and Offshore ADNOC projects is preferred.
- Strong Experience in handling offshore PMC projects.
- Wide working knowledge of PMC flow of work, considerable engineering knowledge in large O&G Projects each in his specialty.
- Considerable knowledge of international codes and standards. ADNOC Offshore & PMC experience.
