- Provide comprehensive medical consultations for patients across all age groups
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses according to evidence based clinical guidelines
- Perform physical examinations and assess patients' medical histories
- Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications appropriately
- Promote preventive healthcare through routine screenings, vaccinations, and health education
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and hyperlipidemia
- Perform minor office based medical procedures within the scope of practice
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records
- Ensure compliance with DOH, healthcare regulations, and infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, CME, and clinical audits
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Completion of a recognized residency or postgraduate training in Family Medicine
- Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility as a Specialist Family Medicine
- Minimum 2–3 years of post specialization clinical experience in family medicine or primary healthcare (preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is an advantage
- Excellent clinical decision making and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview
