Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for dermatology and aesthetic services.
- Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
- Answer telephone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding clinic services.
- Coordinate with dermatologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient check in and check out procedures.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash records when required.
- Verify insurance information and assist patients with insurance related inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Front Desk Officer, preferably in a medical center or healthcare facility
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and clinic management systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and customer focused attitude

Job Summary
