- Track social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase engagement and reach
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports with key metrics
- Develop creative content including graphics, videos, photos, and written materials for marketing campaigns
- Coordinate photo and video shoots with healthcare professionals and staff
- Ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines and healthcare regulations
- Create promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote medical and dental services
- Coordinate community outreach programs, health awareness campaigns, and special events
- Support patient acquisition and retention strategies through digital and traditional marketing channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, or digital marketing
- Experience in healthcare, medical centers, clinics, or hospitals is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, promoting healthcare services, and supporting patient acquisition and retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the medical center's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Track social media trends and recommend new strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports with key metrics and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities Content Creation
- Develop creative content, including graphics, videos, photos, and written materials for marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots with healthcare professionals and staff.
- Ensure all content aligns with the medical center's branding guidelines and healthcare regulations.
- Create promotional materials, brochures, flyers, and advertisements for services and special offers.

Qualifications & Requirements
