Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Patient Coordinator to join our medical center. The ideal candidate should be of Arabic nationality, possess excellent communication and administrative skills, and be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient journey from appointment scheduling

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with physicians and specialists.
  • Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and required documentation.
  • Explain treatment plans, procedures, and appointment requirements as directed by healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate referrals, follow up appointments, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Monitor patient flow and communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and outstanding requirements.
  • Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.
  • Assist in obtaining approvals and authorizations from insurance companies when required.
  • Prepare daily reports and update management regarding patient coordination activities.
  • Ensure a positive patient experience and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Arabic Nationality (Preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare administration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and patient centered attitude.
