- Serve as primary point of contact for patients and families
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with physicians and specialists
- Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and required documentation
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and appointment requirements as directed
- Coordinate referrals, follow up appointments, and diagnostic procedures
- Monitor patient flow and communicate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and outstanding requirements
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist in obtaining approvals and authorizations from insurance companies
- Prepare daily reports and update management on patient coordination activities

Requirements
- Arabic nationality
- Minimum 1 year experience as Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and customer focused Patient Coordinator to join our medical center. The ideal candidate should be of Arabic nationality, possess excellent communication and administrative skills, and be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient journey from appointment scheduling
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.

- Assist patients with registration, insurance verification, and required documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Arabic Nationality (Preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Patient Coordinator, Medical Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare administration is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills.
