- Act as the primary lead for expatriate security governance and oversee its implementation across regional sites
- Support security planning and risk management across project lifecycles, ensuring a 'Security by Design' approach
- Develop, implement, and maintain security concepts, records, and security management databases
- Assist in conducting security operations, audits, and compliance activities, including identifying corrective actions
- Collaborate on travel security and executive protection measures for high risk destinations
- Partner with stakeholders to implement security solutions, communication protocols, and operational improvements
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including automation, AI, and security technologies
- Support regional activities, including travel and non standard working hours when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent
- 4–6 years in corporate or private security
- Experience in corporate environments (OEM preferred)
- Exposure to consulting or advisory roles is an advantage
- Strong understanding of physical security systems, risk assessment, and international security standards
- Experience in developing security plans, site assessments, and design recommendations
- Knowledge of high risk security operations, including travel security and crisis response
- Digital proficiency, including familiarity with automation tools and AI based solutions
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ISO, ASIS, NEBOSH) are advantageous

Job Purpose
