Specialist Engineering Lead

The Role

Key responsibilities

• To identify and plan Specialty Engineering tasks to ensure activities are adequately scoped;
• Deliver Specialty Engineering activities as part of project scope, in accordance with approved plans;
• Provide Specialty Engineering advice and services to support project and business activities;
• Monitor and Report on Specialty Engineering tasks;
• Estimation of Specialty Engineering activities;
• Engineering delivery quality assurance;
• Participate or if delegated coordinate in working groups;
• Participate in Product and Project/Program MSRs;
• Participate in Product IPRs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring with a focus on fostering talent development, team cohesion, and a culture of continuous improvement.
