About you

Essential Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years' experience working within an IT Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or similar IT support environment.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management practices including incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Exposure to enterprise infrastructure technologies, including: Networking and Network Security Storage and Compute Platforms Virtualisation Technologies Windows and/or Linux Server Administration Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Networking and Network Security
• Storage and Compute Platforms
• Virtualisation Technologies
• Windows and/or Linux Server Administration
• Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Understanding of information security principles and cyber security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork capabilities.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (preferred or highly regarded).
• Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to baseline/NV1/NV2 level. Information including past and present nationality and citizenship may be requested to check eligibility for access to materials controlled under various export control regimes, including ITAR.
