Specialist- Dynamics 365 – ERP- HR & Payroll

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP HR and Payroll modules and related business processes.
• Configure HR and payroll functionality based on organizational requirements and approved processes.
• Handle employee master data, organizational structures, positions, departments, and HR-related workflows.
• Manage payroll setup, salary structures, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, and other payroll components.
• Support payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, and payroll reporting.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for accurate payroll calculations and timely processing.
• Configure and maintain onboarding, transfers, promotions, leave, and separation processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Strong functional experience in HR and Payroll modules.
• Seven years of experience with Dynamics ERP, HR, and Payroll is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, HR, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics certification is advantageous.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Human Resources, or Payroll is preferred.
• Experience in enterprise or multi-entity environments is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP integrations and third-party payroll systems is desirable.
