Role Overview
Lead software engineering and project-management activities for .NET-based software projects.
The role includes technical team leadership, client coordination, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams and software projects.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver software development projects.
- Manage project scope, budget, resources, risks, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
- Work with Agile/Scrum and software development life-cycle processes.
- Provide strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in .NET and C# development.
- At least eight years of .NET/C# development experience is required.
- Ten years of project management experience is required.
- Experience leading technical teams and software projects.
- Experience managing scope, budget, resources, risks, and timelines.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and the software development life cycle.
- Strong stakeholder and client-management skills.
Qualifications
- Arabic and English proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing is required.
- PMP certification is required according to the qualifications section.
- PMP certification is described as preferred earlier in the posting.
Compensation
- Pay is up to QAR 11,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
