Required Qualifications
- A diploma is required.
- CTS-I, CTS-D, or Adobe Certified Professional certification with 10 years of experience is required.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or HDI-SCM certification with 10 years of experience is required.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Design, install, and configure audio-visual systems.
- Support live and scheduled events.
- Prepare and manage media content.
- Ensure optimal audiovisual performance across diverse environments.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT service delivery.
- Manage service-delivery resources and teams.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements.
- Manage service risks and issues.
- Oversee service line governance.
