Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of HR data across all systems.
This position is responsible for maintaining high data quality standards, supporting HR reporting requirements, and enabling data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
By leveraging advanced reporting tools and analytics, the specialist empowers HR leadership and business partners with actionable insights that drive operational excellence and support strategic initiatives.
Operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across AD Ports Group’s diverse business clusters, the role requires a strong understanding of HR data management, reporting best practices, and compliance requirements.
The specialist collaborates closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve data issues, enhance reporting processes, and contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives, ensuring that HR data remains a trusted asset for the organization.
Data Quality Management
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of HR data across all HR systems.
- Perform regular data audits, validations, and reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, controls, and validation rules.
- Investigate data issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll-related data).
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide insights on key HR metrics.
- Support management reporting requirements with accurate and timely data.
- Analyze trends and provide insights to support decision-making.
System & Process Support
- Support HR systems (e.g., Oracle or other HRIS) in ensuring proper data entry and integrity.
- Collaborate with Digital/IT teams on system enhancements related to data quality and reporting.
- Assist in testing system changes and validating data outputs.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of data processes, reports, and definitions.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR data.
Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to address data-related queries.
- Provide guidance on data entry standards and reporting requirements.
- Support training and awareness on data quality practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and automation.
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives and implementation of reporting tools.
Educational And Technical Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer science, or Information Systems, or Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred
Language Skills
- Written and Spoken English is essential; Arabic preferred
- Years of Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in HR data management and reporting
- Nature of Experience:
- Prior experience in:
• HRIS (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday) (Advanced)
- Data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) (Advanced)
- Data quality management and auditing (Advanced)
- SQL or similar query languages (Intermediate)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams
- Sharp attention to detail and practical problem-solving abilities
- Experience in planning and managing projects efficiently
- Capable of delivering training and facilitating learning for teams
