- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Command of written and spoken Arabic and English

Job Purpose
- The Chief Executive Data and Analytics is responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting activities that enable informed decision making across DMC.
- The role holder is responsible for preparing datasets, generating basic insights, and supporting the development of reports and dashboards.
- The role holder is expected to demonstrate strong teamwork skills and carry out his/her duties in accordance with the relevant business policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
- Implement the day to day operational requirements for Data and Analytics, in line with the overall Data and Analytics strategy, vision and goals.
- Work collaboratively with the Data and Analytics team, to ensure smooth and on time delivery of services to stakeholders across DMC
- Provide metrics and supporting documents to the Head Data and Analytics, to support with the monthly KPI reports
- Collect, compile, and organize data from internal and external sources for data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets.
- Clean and validate data to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
- Maintain structured databases and ensure proper documentation of data sources.
- Support the integration of data from multiple systems and stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Support senior team members in performing deeper analytical work and modeling.
- Segment data and prepare inputs for strategic analysis.
- Contribute to the development of insights through structured data exploration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related roles
- Proficient: Data analysis and interpretation
- Proficient: Excel and data handling tools
- Basic: Data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic: Database management concepts
- Proficient: Command of written and spoken Arabic and English
