- Diploma: 5 years experience; Bachelor’s: 0 2 years practical experience in operational control centers in road and transportation network or similar

Job Purpose
- The role aims to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the Road and Transportation network in the Emirate of Dubai by managing the EC3 systems linked to the operational control centers within the RTA.
- It also involves implementing all operational procedures taken by these centers in accordance with relevant approved policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from an accredited university.
