Job Purpose
- Manage and coordinate investment and trade transformation projects across the Authority, ensuring alignment with RTA’s investment strategy, compliance with policies, and achievement of business and financial sustainability objectives.
Strategy
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of the Authority’s investment strategy and transformation system.
- Support in developing and updating policies, procedures, and frameworks governing investment and commercial activities.
- Review business and investment plans to ensure diversification of revenues and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research and sectoral analysis to identify investment trends and support decision making.
- Review and develop investment related strategies, policies, and KPIs to track performance.
Operations
- Manage investment and transformation projects, defining scope, deliverables, and execution plans.
- Form and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor task completion.
- Maintain communication with internal departments, consultants, and partners.
- Monitor work progress, assess risks, and report deviations or delays.
- Ensure project approvals, documentation, and performance data are submitted on time.
- Support in preparing tenders, contracts, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular project meetings and progress reviews.
Product / Process Improvement
- Analyze project performance data and propose process enhancements.
- Recommend innovative project management tools and techniques.
- Evaluate lessons learned from completed projects.
- Participate in developing risk mitigation plans.
Physical Working Conditions
- Primarily office based role with periodic visits to project sites, consultant offices, and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance
