About the Role
Dubai Air Navigation Services seeks an Organisational Analyst to collect, validate, and analyze operational and business data, including wake vortex analysis and air carrier billing.

Responsibilities
- Collection, storage, validation and maintaining integrity of operational and business data
- Conduct analysis of operational and business data and provide reports
- Conduct wake vortex analysis
- Provide necessary air carrier billing data and reports for invoicing and revenue collection
- Perform investigations and prepare reports for queries related to air carrier billing invoices
- Design, develop, and maintain metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards
- Support assessment of ATM concepts and support functions
- Provide training to improve skills and competency of team members
- Produce organisational analysis documents, procedures, processes, and methodologies
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Engineering/numerical field or relevant experience; Degree in Finance, Business or Science preferred
- Minimum 5 years relevant analysis experience
- Experience in complex terminal airspace and/or aviation related data preferred
- In depth knowledge of SQL and DB management
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, Visual Basic
- Knowledge of relational databases and statistical software packages
- Knowledge of Management Systems
- Knowledge of advanced level of MS Office packages
- Knowledge of ATM Systems and functions
- Knowledge of ATC operations for terminal airspace and/or airport environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
