Job Purpose

  • Supports the Creative Studio in managing content, assets, budget and production workflows to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of marketing and communication initiatives.
  • The role focuses on organizing digital assets, assisting with content management systems (CMS), and supporting production coordination.

Key Accountabilities Content & Asset Support

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries (DAM), ensuring all content is properly tagged, categorized, and easy to retrieve
  • Support content uploads, updates, and publishing across CMS platforms
  • Ensure assets are up to date, correctly formatted, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Track basic usage rights and flag any expired or restricted content

Key Accountabilities Production & Coordination Support

  • Support the Production team in coordinating production related tasks and timelines
  • Assist in preparing assets and files for production and vendor sharing
  • Help track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across projects
  • Provide basic coordination support between internal teams and external vendors when required

Key Accountabilities Workflow & Process Support

  • Assist in maintaining content workflows, ensuring smooth handovers between creative, content, and production teams
  • Support review and approval processes by organizing files, feedback, and versions
  • Help identify simple process improvements to enhance efficiency and organization

Key Accountabilities Quality Control & Accuracy

  • Conduct basic checks to ensure content is accurate, properly formatted, and aligned with brand standards before publishing or production
  • Support consistency across content and asset usage across channels

Key Accountabilities Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to support campaign execution
  • Assist in coordinating content schedules, updates, and deliverables across teams

Key Accountabilities Flexibility & Additional Support

  • Provide support across content, creative, and production tasks as needed
  • Take on additional responsibilities aligned with the role and team priorities as the function evolves

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • 4 5 years of experience in content, marketing, or creative environments
  • Basic familiarity with CMS and/or digital asset management systems (DAM)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Basic understanding of content workflows and digital platforms
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and grow within the role
