Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of cardiovascular conditions in adult patients
- Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology consultations, follow up care, and treatment planning
- Interpret and report diagnostic investigations such as ECGs, echocardiography, and ambulatory monitoring, within scope of practice
- Support acute cardiac care in collaboration with emergency, ICU, and internal medicine teams
- Participate in on call duties in line with service requirements
- Work closely with consultant cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives and evidence based practice
Requirements
- Board certified Specialist Cardiologist or equivalent qualification
- Solid experience in managing both acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within a consultant led service model
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eligibility for DOH Specialist licensure
