Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive emergency medical care for patients presenting with acute and critical conditions
- Triage, assess, and stabilize patients in accordance with international emergency care standards and hospital protocols
- Manage a high volume of patients efficiently while maintaining quality and safety of care
- Perform emergency procedures and interventions as required
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and appropriate patient disposition
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in line with regulatory requirements
- Support junior medical staff and contribute to clinical teaching when required
Requirements
- Medical Degree with specialization in Emergency Medicine
- Board certification or equivalent (Arab Board / Syrian Board / European / UK / American Board preferred)
- Valid DOH License or Eligibility for Specialist Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in an Emergency Department setting
- Proven ability to manage high patient volumes in a fast paced environment
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
