- Assist in day to day coordination of engine and component asset activities, including acquisition, teardown, repair, and sales tracking.
- Update asset databases, status logs, and documentation to maintain accurate portfolio records.
- Prepare and circulate operational summaries for management review.
- Track teardown progress, repair stages, and delivery timelines with vendors and MRO facilities.
- Verify received reports, cost data, and part repair outcomes for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure material and part movement compliance.
- Collect and consolidate operational and financial data related to assigned assets.
- Generate periodic dashboards and KPI reports on repair status, costs, and part sales.
- Assist in preparing valuation spreadsheets, financial models, and commercial proposals.
- Support bid evaluations and quotation comparisons for repair and part sale opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in aviation asset management, MRO operations, or engine/component sales support.
- Hands on exposure to asset tracking, teardown coordination, repair management, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of aviation regulations, OEM manuals, and basic financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.

Job Purpose/Summary
- The Specialist – Asset Management provides operational and analytical support in the management of Sanad Capital’s engine and component portfolio.
- The role assists in asset valuation, teardown coordination, repair monitoring, data reporting, and parts trading activities to help achieve commercial and operational objectives.
- Working under the guidance of the Head – Asset Management and mentorship of senior team members, the Specialist ensures data accuracy, compliance with procedures, and timely execution of assigned asset management tasks.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assist in day to day coordination of engine and component asset activities, including acquisition, teardown, repair, and sales tracking.
- Update asset databases, status logs, and documentation to maintain accurate portfolio records.
- Prepare and circulate operational summaries for management review.
- Track teardown progress, repair stages, and delivery timelines with vendors and MRO facilities.
- Verify received reports, cost data, and part repair outcomes for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement to ensure material and part movement compliance.
- Collect and consolidate operational and financial data related to assigned assets.
- Generate periodic dashboards and KPI reports on repair status, costs, and part sales.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in preparing valuation spreadsheets, financial models, and commercial proposals.
- Support bid evaluations and quotation comparisons for repair and part sale opportunities.
- Help maintain relationships with suppliers, MROs, and customers through timely follow up.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Asset Management, Aviation Leasing, or Financial Analysis are preferred.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in aviation asset management, MRO operations, or engine/component sales support.
- Hands on exposure to asset tracking, teardown coordination, repair management, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of aviation regulations, OEM manuals, and basic financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
