About the Role
We are seeking an experienced European Heavy Truck Spare Parts Salesman to drive sales growth by supplying aftermarket and OEM parts for major European commercial vehicle brands. The role requires deep technical knowledge of heavy truck components, catalog proficiency, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities
- Actively identify and secure new commercial customers (transport companies, workshops, fleet owners, and retailers) while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts
- Interpret parts catalogs, electronic parts catalogs (EPC), and technical drawings to accurately identify, cross reference, and recommend appropriate parts based on customer specifications or VIN numbers
- Prepare accurate price quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals in alignment with company pricing structures and profit margin targets
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor pricing, and availability of parts for key European brands (Volvo, Scania, Mercedes Benz, MAN, etc.)
- Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure requested parts are in stock, manage special orders for backordered items, and coordinate timely deliveries to clients
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in outdoor or indoor sales specifically within the heavy truck spare parts industry, with a strong focus on European brands
- Deep understanding of heavy vehicle mechanics, including engine components, suspension, braking systems (ABS/EBS), electrical systems, and drivetrains
- Exceptional skills in navigating OEM software and electronic parts catalogs (e.g., Impact for Volvo, Multi for Scania, Link for MAN, EPC for Mercedes Benz)
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Self motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
- Fluency in English is required

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, results driven European Heavy Truck Spare Parts Salesman to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, advising, and supplying high quality aftermarket and OEM spare parts for major European commercial vehicle brands (such as Volvo, Scania, Mercedes Benz, MAN, DAF, Iveco, and Renault).
- The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge of heavy truck components, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing relationships with fleet owners, workshops, and wholesale buyers.

- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of regional languages or additional European languages is a significant advantage.
