Overview of the Role
- The Spare Parts Manager for Hino Commercial Vehicles will lead the Spare Parts function in the UAE.
- This role involves ensuring the achievement of monthly performance targets and annual budgets, maintaining optimal inventory performance, engaging with B2B partners and distributors, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do
- Accountable for delivery of monthly spare parts sales targets and annual revenue and gross margin budgets.
- Prepare, manage, and control the annual spare parts operating budget.
- Monitor monthly performance versus budget and implement corrective actions where required.
- Manage inventory investment, working capital, and cost control to support business profitability.
- Lead end to end spare parts operations including forecasting, ordering, stocking, and distribution of genuine Hino parts.
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support workshop operations, B2B customers, fleet accounts, and distributors.
- Maintain inventory health through effective stock turnover, ageing control, and obsolescence reduction.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventories in line with company and OEM standards.
- Liaise with Hino principals and approved suppliers on parts procurement, pricing, promotions, warranty claims, and returns.
- Ensure full compliance with OEM policies, ordering processes, and documentation requirements.
- Support distributor and dealer network requirements in line with agreed service levels.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Spare Parts team to achieve agreed performance objectives.
