- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers of automotive spare parts
- Negotiate favourable terms, prices, and credit arrangements with suppliers
- Source and procure high quality automotive spare parts based on workshop needs and specifications
- Ensure that all parts meet required quality standards and specifications
- Negotiate prices and discounts with suppliers to achieve cost effective procurement
- Monitor market trends and conduct cost analysis to ensure competitiveness
- Process purchase orders accurately, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and payment terms
- Collaborate with storekeeper and service team to maintain optimal stock levels of spare parts
- Implement efficient inventory replenishment strategies to avoid shortages
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Generate reports on purchasing activities and cost analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a spare parts purchaser in an automotive workshop, preferably in the UAE market
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts, their specifications, and quality standards
- Negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes

Qualifications & Experience

Pay
- AED 4,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
