About the Role

Responsibilities
- Follow up on all leads received from marketing and media buying team with fast response time to maximize conversions
- Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to understand their travel requirements
- Present and sell suitable inbound and outbound travel packages based on customer needs and budget
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and closing techniques
- Maintain a structured follow up system until leads are converted or properly closed
- Ensure same day closing whenever possible for hot and high intent leads
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Provide full travel information including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transfers, tours, cruises, and insurance
- Promote seasonal offers, campaigns, and high margin travel packages to maximize revenue
- Upsell and cross sell additional services
- Update CRM system accurately with all customer interactions, follow ups, and bookings
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a UAE travel agency or tourism company
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound travel products
- Proven experience selling travel services including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transfers, cruises, and tours
- Strong telesales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience with CRM systems and travel booking platforms is an advantage

- The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with proven experience in a travel agency or tourism company.
