Overview

  • LWTT is seeking a motivated and results driven Arabic Travel Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with proven experience in a travel agency or tourism company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up on all leads received from the marketing and media buying team with fast response time to maximize conversions.
  • Contact customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to understand their travel requirements.
  • Present and sell suitable inbound and outbound travel packages based on customer needs and budget.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and closing techniques.
  • Maintain a structured follow up system until leads are converted or properly closed.
  • Ensure same day closing whenever possible for hot and high intent leads.
  • Handle customer objections professionally, including pricing, travel dates, and package selection.
  • Provide full travel information including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transfers, tours, cruises, and insurance.
  • Promote seasonal offers, campaigns, and high margin travel packages to maximize revenue.
  • Upsell and cross sell additional services such as upgrades, private tours, premium hotels, and insurance.
  • Update CRM system accurately with all customer interactions, follow ups, and bookings.

Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a UAE travel agency or tourism company.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound travel products.
  • Proven experience selling travel services including flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transfers, cruises, and tours.
  • Strong telesales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and travel booking platforms is an advantage.
