Role Overview

  • We are seeking a polished, culturally aware, and client focused Spanish Speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to support buyers and investors from Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, and the wider Spanish speaking world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
  • Deliver tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Spanish and English
  • Promote off plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
  • Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
  • Support clients with relocation guidance, lifestyle insights, and community recommendations
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and global professionalism

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to build trust with international clients and high net worth individuals
  • Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage
