Responsibilities
- Assist Mandarin speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and investment consultations
- Deliver tailored presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings in Mandarin and English
- Promote ready and off plan properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
- Build and maintain a portfolio of international buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends
- Support clients with relocation guidance, lifestyle insights, and community recommendations
- Negotiate offers and close transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and global professionalism
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or high value client facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and high net worth individuals
- Highly motivated, disciplined, and target driven
- Professional appearance and strong business acumen
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage

Job Overview
- Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is one of Abu Dhabi's most dynamic and fast growing real estate brokerages.
- We are seeking a polished, culturally aware, and client focused Real Estate Consultant (Mandarin Speaker) to support buyers and investors from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and global Mandarin speaking communities.
