- Provide a range of professional spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, body treatments, and related wellness services, in line with brand standards and safety guidelines
- Greet guests, conduct consultations to understand needs and contraindications, recommend appropriate treatments, and deliver a high standard of personal care and customer service
- Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, manage spa products and equipment, and support spa reception with booking coordination when needed
- Work closely with the spa team to promote services, support revenue goals, and ensure a relaxing, welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements
- Relevant spa or wellness qualification, diploma, or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
- Proficiency in delivering a range of treatments, such as massages, facials, body scrubs, and other spa therapies, with strong knowledge of techniques and contraindications
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and build trust with a diverse clientele
- Commitment to hygiene, health, and safety standards, including proper sanitation of equipment and treatment areas
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa operations
- Team oriented mindset, reliability, and a professional, well groomed appearance in line with company standards
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel environment is preferred; experience in luxury or high end settings is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken by international guests are a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Spa Therapist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The Spa Therapist will provide a range of professional spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, body treatments, and related wellness services, in line with brand standards and safety guidelines.
