Operations Management

  • Ensure all services are delivered consistently, professionally, and within assigned time frames.
  • Provide treatments according to company standards with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Explain available services and recommend retail products based on product knowledge.
  • Apply corporate merchandising and marketing guidelines.
  • Oversee cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and availability of cleaning supplies.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor the team, foster collaboration, and support morale and engagement.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and track performance through one-on-one coaching.
  • Manage staff schedules according to business needs and working-time regulations.
  • Maintain communication between team members and management.
  • Ensure appropriate training and consistent delivery of high-quality services.
  • Identify training needs and conduct internal shop evaluations when required.

Administration and Reporting

  • Verify transaction accuracy and manage daily cash handling and deposits.
  • Attend management meetings and present shift performance reports and key figures.
  • Prepare and submit daily operational reports to senior management.
  • Oversee inventory checks, par-level monitoring, ordering, and proper storage.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong customer service, verbal communication, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills are required.
  • The role requires a sales focus, target orientation, independence, flexibility, accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of massage, manicure, or retail sales is advantageous.

Education and Experience

  • Applicants should be graduates with 2–3 years of team supervision experience.
  • Wellness or retail sector experience is preferred.
  • Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency is mandatory.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Employment and Compensation

  • The position is full-time and permanent.
  • Pay is AED 5,000 per month.

Workplace

  • The work location is in person.
