Be Relax is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join its team at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Be Relax operates airport spas and provides travelers with pampering and relaxing experiences.
Role and Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere as they enter the spa.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, appointments, and pricing.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the spa's booking system.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate.
- Process payments for services and retail products, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent English language skills.
Skills and Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for well-being.
- Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
- Good listening skills and team spirit.
