Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, gel polish, and basic nail art where applicable.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain tools, equipment, workstations, and treatment areas.
- Welcome guests, assess their needs, and recommend treatments and retail products.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a relaxing spa experience.
- Follow service protocols, operational procedures, company policies, airport regulations where applicable, and health and safety standards.
- Promote and upsell spa services and retail products.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages.
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Attend training and support daily team operations.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Manicure/Pedicure or Beauty Therapy.
- Previous Manicurist experience in a salon, spa, or wellness center is preferred.
- Knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
