- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of all spa and recreation facilities, including treatment rooms, locker areas, gym, and poolside areas
- Maintain a well organized, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Regularly inspect facilities and report any maintenance or safety concerns
- Replenish guest supplies, towels, and amenities as required
- Support the daily operations of the spa and recreation areas
- Provide professional and courteous guest service and assistance
- Assist in setting up and maintaining recreational areas and equipment
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant/Room Attendant, or in spa or recreational facility operations, is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Basic communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a physically active role
- Positive attitude with a service oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
