Position Summary
Support spa functions and help create memorable, unique guest experiences.
Promote spa services and retail, schedule and confirm reservations, answer service questions, check in guests, and process payments.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and appointments using reservation software.
- Provide information about services and support spa transactions.
- Follow company policies, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication, appearance, and uniform standards.
Physical Requirements
- Remain on your feet and move around for extended periods, including across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below the knees and perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
