Position Summary

Guest Arrival Services

• Guide guests through arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
• Move throughout the work area and take a hands-on approach to assigned tasks.

Standards and Conduct

• Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period while moving around the workplace.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Handle objects weighing more than 75 pounds with assistance.

Workplace and Schedule

• The role is based at Ajman Saray in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
• The position is full time and not remote.
• The work involves extended periods on the feet and frequent movement around the property.
